Gleam: Lean BEAM typing machine

Erlang and Elixir excel at concurrency and failure handling, but larger codebases get harder to maintain. Gleam takes the lessons from strongly-typed languages such as Haskell, Rust, and Elm and applies them to the BEAM, aiming to enhance developer productivity. The talk introduces Gleam's core features, its implementation approach, its interoperability with other BEAM languages, and the roadmap and community involvement opportunities.
