MCP in Phoenix: Architecture and Lessons from Remote Agents

At Remote, we implemented the Model Context Protocol (MCP) in Elixir, so our Remote Agents can safely use tools and data from our Phoenix backend. This talk explains how we built the server, how we wired it to authentication and authorization, and what we learned shipping it.
